Beta Terms
1. Who we are
These terms are an agreement between you and Pedro José Reyes Rodríguez (NIF 45346773L), C/ Calixto III, 36, 12, 46008 Valencia, Spain, owner of Hisi. Contact: support@hisi.io.
2. Who can join
The beta and Hisi accounts are for people aged 18 or over who build websites, on their own or for a business.
3. What the beta is
Hisi is in beta: unfinished software that we share so it can be tested. It is free during the beta. Features may change, stop working or disappear, and we may end the beta, with notice when we can. Keep your own backups and do not rely on the beta for anything you cannot afford to lose.
4. Your account
Give true details, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Hisi or hisi.io to break the law, to infringe other people’s rights, to send spam, to attack or overload our systems, or to get into accounts that are not yours. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. What you share
What you build or publish with Hisi stays yours. If you share something with the Hisi community, you allow us to store it and show it to other users for as long as you keep it shared, and you confirm you have the right to share it.
7. Your feedback
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve Hisi without owing you anything for them.
8. No warranty
The beta is provided “as is”, without any promise that it will work without errors or interruptions.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost data or lost profits arising from the use of the beta. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, nor your rights as a consumer.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We will publish the new version here with its date and, if the change is important, tell you by email before it applies. If you do not agree, you can delete your account.
11. Law and courts
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence.
